★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上回大概7月底左右臨時衝去現場服務小姐有親切的介紹產品讓我安心不少,之後去忠孝sogo下訂這台洗碗機,到府安裝時那個陳先生也很細心解說,總之對我而言是不錯的經驗^_^
Last time around the end of July, the service lady rushed to the scene and gave me a kind introduction of the product, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. After that, I went to Zhongxiao sogo to order this dishwasher. When I installed it at the house, Mr. Chen was also very careful and explained to me. It is a good experience in terms of ^_^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本於線上預約16:00參觀,店家打來說突然有事無法介紹?能否提早參觀。雖然很趕,但想說互相給個方便,仍答應提前至13:00前往參觀。
趕到現場,進店後接待人員一臉迷惘,告知有預約要看洗碗機,才懶洋洋的戴上口罩過來,彷彿是我們去打擾他的感覺。
要看雙抽洗碗機,人員告知用單抽洗碗機介紹即可,反正都一樣?
僅10分鐘亂七八糟的講解完畢,所有功能、規格、款式、操作、就連最基本的洗潔劑要哪裡倒入都沒說,更不要說網頁上打的「實際操作機器」。
身為消費者的我們帶著滿心的期待來認識這台機器,卻得到一個有講跟沒講一樣,聽完完全不了解,連想提問多了解這台機器,都不知從何問起的狀態下尷尬離開,真是我見過最無專業可言的展示中心以及人員。完全看不到需要預約的價值。

When we arrived at the scene, the receptionist was confused when he entered the store, telling him that he had to make an appointment to see the dishwasher, so he lazily put on his mask and came over as if we were bothering him.
Depends on the double-drawing dishwasher, the staff tells you to introduce the single-drawing dishwasher, is it the same anyway?
After only 10 minutes of messy explanation, all the functions, specifications, styles, operations, and even the most basic detergents have not been mentioned, let alone the "actual operation machine" on the website.
As consumers, we came to know this machine with full expectation, but we got a situation where we talked and did not talk. After listening, we did n’t understand it at all. We wanted to know more about this machine even if we wanted to ask questions. Embarrassed to leave, really the most unprofessional exhibition center and staff I have ever seen. I can't see the value of an appointment at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 假日預約去,只有一位男商品介紹人員,解說的很清楚,別的店家無法解答的,這位先生說明很清楚並能解答,整體感覺相當不錯,也決定下訂
To make an appointment on holiday, there is only one male product introduction staff. The explanation is very clear. Other stores can’t answer. This gentleman explained clearly and can answer. The overall feeling is quite good, and he decided to place an order.

google蒐尋時,發現連絡電話是錯的,少了一個2,會直接打到新竹,電話那頭的人已經很不耐煩了……

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在線上已預約參觀,當日到店時無開門,有撥打服務專線及參觀專線無人接聽,因特地跑到這什麼也沒做實在很空虛,故至紀念堂走走,沒想到店有回撥表示剛剛外出,所以又回去參觀,店家表示沒有接到預約可能系統有問題,ㄧ直跟我們說不好意思,還好他有回撥,不然就白走一趟了。
I have booked a visit online. I did n’t open the door when I arrived at the store that day. I dialed the service line and the visit line. No one answered. Because I went to this place and did nothing, it was really empty. I just went out, so I went back to visit again. The shop owner said that there might be a problem with the system if he did n’t receive an appointment.
