但到了現場後，櫃檯人員服務態度很好很親切，我的case有點麻煩，櫃檯人員還是很耐心的協助我處理。
5星是絕對要給的！
When I was preparing to go, I was a little nervous to see so many negative reviews.
But after arriving at the scene, the service attitude of the staff at the counter was very good and kind. My case was a bit troublesome, and the staff at the counter was still very patient to assist me in dealing with it.
5 stars is definitely to be given!

與其被問倒在那裡不耐煩，不如好好去找到答案再精進自己的能力和專業度
There was a guy at the counter who had a bad attitude. He didn't know if he asked three questions. Wouldn't he look more professional if he looked impatient?
Instead of being impatient when asked, it is better to find the answer and improve your ability and professionalism
