客服送驗後告知是原生紙漿的纖維而非毛髮(?)，並願意另外提供一包衛生紙補償。個人覺得這異物的顏色，彎曲方式都跟毛髮極為相似，送驗結果卻說這不是毛髮，但整件事情客服接到抱怨後，處理速度很快，而且十分客氣，以上經驗及公司說法提供給消費者參考。

After the inspection, the customer service informs that it is the fiber of virgin pulp instead of hair(?), and is willing to provide another pack of toilet paper for compensation. I personally feel that the color and bending method of this foreign body are very similar to hair, but the test result said it is not hair, but after the customer service received the complaint, the processing speed is very fast and very polite.
