★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022/05 下單買了一些蔬果，貨到時發現一個木瓜已經從頭爛了約1/4，打電話去詢問，電話是電腦接的，要我們留電話會回撥。
過了半天，有電話過來，說電話裡不好說明，請我們加Line傳圖片，結果口述Line ID還把"o"說成""0"，怎麼試都加不進去。
再次打電話給客服，另外一個人才把話說清楚。但對於水果發霉一事，只是輕描淡寫的說"我們會退費"，完全沒有考慮到客戶的感受。
下午，又發現寄來的筊白筍有幾隻(約一半)只有殼，沒有肉。再打電話去客服，客服說這是因為他們為了保持新鮮，提早採收，難免大小不一，請我們接受! 說了半天，最後以"我們會退你"部分"的錢"結束。
這樣的服務，已經破壞了我們十餘年來對永豐餘累積的信心，不想再買了，但是加了Line就像小鬼纏身，再也丟不掉!
今天信用卡帳單來了，永豐餘沒有退回他們答應的退款，是內部作業橫向聯繫不夠還是?
各位被永豐餘口號吸引的朋友，下單前多想想，還有沒有其他的選擇?
