她介紹或認為好的並沒有很符合我需求,
竟然回我「妳為什麼一定要那種…」,
不然咧,我挑選自己要用的東西當然是我想怎麼配啊,怎麼會是你覺得應該怎樣,如果沒有合適的商品就說沒有啊,幹麻硬搭!

優點:
1. 價格便宜
2. 進門組裝系統櫃時家俱不會亂丟。
3. 爭取到滿意的設計後,系統櫃使用還OK
缺點:
1. 尺寸可以錯兩次(第一次錯回去改完後第二次錯其他尺寸)
2. 設計圖上沒有的東西會冒出來,理由一堆,強迫接受不是設計圖上的收納。
3. 老闆很不細心,尺寸量對記錯就算了,當初口頭講好的東西都沒有畫進去也沒有交代師傅,甚至講好說電線要遷也一臉忘記,到底有沒有做好自己的專案管理,答應客戶的東西沒有記下來,還做錯實在不應該。真心認為設計圖就是老闆畫的,因為完全不細心。當初口頭講好的東西也只能自己任命吞了。
4. 不是突然來組系統櫃就是前兩個小時跟我說時間無法配合,難道前一天跟客戶確認一下很難嗎?
5. 都覺得旁邊的助手還比老闆專業,肉眼都已經看得出牆壁有傾斜,結果只有量一次就收工,好家在旁邊助手提醒才量另一個斜面..
6. 設計時完全不理會客戶目前的需求,設計一個自認為很滿意的設計,問題是,你沒有先詢問客戶的需求在那邊自己畫,是要我把其他家具都丟了為了符合你的設計買新的嗎? 而且我們都已經把自己理想的設計畫好給你了,還是在那邊強推另一個設計。
7. 組完系統櫃離開時還聽到老闆跟助理說,以後不會再接這種案子了。你難道都沒有看到客戶在你後面很火嗎? 如果前面6點都沒有改進,相信你服務完每個客戶都會有這樣的心得!
8. 請尊重客戶如何使用電器的習慣!
最後建議:懇請去進修使用者經驗與研究(UX)、專案管理。
沒時間念書請去看電視,日本的全能住宅改造王,去了解客戶需求怎麼來,設計師怎麼去設計,怎麼去紀錄客戶需求、細節怎麼做的。
