好吧~總歸就是餐品口感算是可以，醬料應該是此店家獨特調配的特色吧~，味增湯也是現煮的，餐品可謂衛生，但是有可能是我初次光顧的關係吧~有點微妙的難以形容的感覺！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 用餐環境很差，一直有蚊蟲飛來飛去，用來裝餐點的碗盤直接疊在吧檯區用餐處，正面朝上，感覺很不乾淨。
朋友點皮蛋涼麵，老闆回話說有芝麻比較好吃，就擅自強迫上菜芝麻皮蛋涼麵。啊朋友就不吃芝麻…
吃不出皮蛋味，就是大蒜和芝麻味。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tia is definitely my top 2 cold noodles on my Taipei foodies pocket list! I order Pidan( century egg) sesame whole-wheat noodles. It’s fresh and full of carrots, cucumbers and some scrambled egg. No mention it’s big serving size but only cost $55!
Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live nearby and walked past this shop countless times without noticing. Finally visited with a hungry stomach and was pleasantly surprised. The whole wheat century egg noodles (dry) were fantastic! The veggie topping rounded it off nicely and when I asked the owner if they offered any vegetable side dishes, he went and cooked some broccoli for me. Ended up with a full belly for just 90 TWD and thro) thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The shop is rather small and the menu is in Chinese but the owner seems to speak at least some English.
