★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幫公司辦理儲匯業務，好幾次都有問題，例如1）存摺無法在自動櫃員機刷摺，因此求助櫃檯，服務人員表示「那可以臨櫃刷摺呀！」那自動化服務區形同虛設嗎？ 2）臨櫃服務過程中細心度不夠，跟貴司說需要多一些匯款及取款條，結果只給幾張～根本不夠
除此之外，個人信用卡業務的部分服務態度令人不敢恭維，以後也不會用他們的信用卡了。
實在無法給星?

大家近期還是別來東門分行!就算是委外清潔人員，但在分行打掃的時間至少也有2小時吧?!這期間接觸的員工或是客人都是潛在風險....

整個過程中，感受非常的好！
很快有人服務，等不到5分鐘，效率很好??
且服務人員-黃郁茹，態度非常的親切！
擔心客戶開戶過程等太久，也會建議去附近繞繞或在座位上休息，一切完全感受得到這位行員的用心！！
也完全沒有強迫推銷任何商品?
但會不自覺的想幫她做個業績?
詢問她推廣代號，她給予的反應很可愛?
充滿著感謝的眼神與態度????
另外很推線上開立數位帳戶喔！
活存10萬內有給到2%，很適合小資族～
