 I called the customer service to adjust the upper limit of the transfer. I waited for more than ten minutes after listening to the voice. Then I gave a link and asked me to adjust it online. The link didn’t come out at all. I ran to the branch and waited for more than 40 minutes. The efficiency is really unflattering

我是辦理開戶，大約等待10分鐘到我，開戶整體時間預計半小時內（因為還正在辦）。
服務態度從一開始的警衛到櫃檯，都非常好，不只我的櫃檯，我聽周遭的櫃檯都態度親切。
To be fair, the overall speed of 2021/8/25 is very fast today, and almost everyone's business is completed within five minutes.
I open an account and wait about 10 minutes for me. The overall time for opening an account is expected to be within half an hour (because it is still being opened).
The service attitude from the guards to the counters at the beginning was very good. Not only my counter, but also the counters around me were kind.
