其中最具特色的是,無糖無油的真正健康的吐司
另外個人也推薦馬鈴薯燻肉的麵包

沒有回烤,金黃色的千層派皮非常乾爽,淡淡的杏仁味在層層派皮裡,刀子切下去還可以聽到酥脆的斷裂聲。
內餡,如果期待的是傳統香濃的杏仁奶油糖餡可能會有點困惑,我的理解應該會有點像太陽餅的麥芽糖餡的口感,但這家吃起來像綠豆椪的綠豆沙餡。
整體就像他們主打的不甜不膩口,但真的好像吃換成酥皮的綠豆椪,乾爽不負擔,用料也乾淨,長輩很愛。

No back-baking, the golden brown puff pastry is very dry, the light almond flavor is in the layered pie crust, and the crispy cracking sound can be heard when the knife cuts it.
The filling, if you are expecting a traditional fragrant almond butterscotch filling, may be a little confusing. My understanding should be a bit like the taste of the sun cake's maltose filling, but this one tastes like mung bean paste.
The whole thing is like their main product is not sweet and not greasy, but it really seems to be eating mung bean peng replaced by meringue. It is dry and not burdensome, and the ingredients are clean. The elders love it very much.

肉桂卷第18間,來到 【味覺の感動】。從日本學成歸國的女主廚,麵包主打的是酵母為主,而且儘量不添加麵包多餘元素,嗯~試試。
☑可麗露?55 = 切開,就有香氣飄散出來;入口,唉唷,外皮相當脆,帶著酥,這口感讓人很有印象~跟裡面濕潤的蛋糕糊,口感上的對比很好,不太黏牙。外皮帶著焦糖,內部有著不錯的奶香,萊姆酒跟香草莢的比重相當微妙,該說平衡感很好嗎? 風味不甚明顯,搭配著一杯無糖拿鐵,5分。
☑肉桂捲?90 = 舔,上面的乳酪醬,濃稠,偏酸,風味佳;肉桂捲麵包部分,口感有彈性,風味上肉桂醬的比重稍低,咀嚼間口感濕潤不過乾,慢慢有麵團的香氣,有自然的甘甜;裡面的葡萄乾濕潤有咬感;整體上搭配乳酪醬很好,就是少了點肉桂醬味,5分。
☑葡萄司康?35 = 略為烤過,香氣不錯。一咬,口感比較濕,較為扎實,不太酥鬆,口感有點似麵包;奶油香氣還不差,葡萄乾存在感不高,4.5分。
