Don't be fooled by the appearance of the building, the whole management is very poor after changing the property management company last year.
There is no regular fire escape drill, the equipment is old and not replaced, the ceiling is leaking in heavy rain, the pantry pipeline emits a stench, and the electricity bill will be charged after a certain time in the evening.
The only advantage is probably the location.
If you are looking for an office building, it is strongly recommended to think twice.
