多給你一顆星,是因為我最後沒在你這購物!! 關於他說我備選的其中一種型號"很廢",我就當作你是給我良心的專業意見說話直白. 但這店員的態度店家真的要要求, 另外這個櫃位其實和光華的知名店家"德總"是同個系統的 以下為當天我不高興的點 1.我詢問是否有ASUS "UX533FD", 店員說沒聽過,然後查完資料跟我說"那是特規機種,比較貴,而且要等..."=>事實是PCHome上就有在賣,光華其他櫃位也有能立即取貨,華碩官網上還是主打機種,實在不懂店員說"特規"是想表達什麼... 2.店員推薦了我其他台15.6吋的機種,但體積略大,我跟店員說,這台我怕放不進背包,但店員就一邊滑著自己的手機,態度很差的跟我說 "一定可以啦"....=>事實是我的背包能放筆電的空間其實算比較小,特別是厚度...光華的其他店家,都願意直接借我展示機試放看看 3.向店員詢價,也已經把規格講清楚, 他還是顧著滑自己手機,然後死氣沉沉的說"這台3萬多,那台4萬多" => ˇ30000~39999都是3萬多...你好歹也跟我說大約"3萬2~4"這樣也好吧.... 看到這位店員這種態度,我也不好意思再細問下去了,直接去其他店逛逛,最後還買了這位店員所謂的"特規,比較貴,要等"的機種. 有聽說光華一樓的櫃位會騙人或價格較高,我覺得這只是謠言...但我看了這位店員後,我只想說,"看到你這種態度,還沒騙到就被你氣走了"
