★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接觸過好幾個人員，只能說，兇得很，尤其是資訊部門的男員工，好像自己是總裁還是總統，這個年代，總統都要客氣，何況是一般職員呢？ 只能說，找錯人了，素質差，又或者也許這裡的企業文化就是如此，那也沒辦法囉。
蠻Low的一個地方。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a terrible customer service! Can't believe this KAVALAN brand from Taiwan. 只能說這是一家迫切需要客服公關的企業。打了通詢問酒類售後服務的電話，在歷經4輪轉接後，終於找到一位死都不願透露身份的酒品部職員，又經過一番推拖式溝通後竟將問題又推給更上層的主管⋯ 如此應付一心想為台灣品牌加油打氣而大力捧場的顧客，實在是太令人心寒了⋯⋯
What a terrible customer service! Can't believe this KAVALAN brand from Taiwan. It can only be said that this is a company that urgently needs customer service public relations.
