This is the best dumpling soup I ever taste in Taipei and the price is also very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ King of dumplings. Frozen ones are recommended for families who prefer boiling dumplings with personal touch. This is not a noodles diner actually, but more like dumplings with diverse stuffings on top of soups to your preference. Dumplings in soup is how the owner name his bowls of fusion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the famed dish, which comes with 8 large pork and cabbage dumplings (in whole-wheat wraps) with loads of greens, such as broccoli, baby corn, tomatoes, bell peppers and two kinds of seasonal leaf vegetables. The dumplings tastes okay only, maybe because they didnt use MSG (?!). To me, it doesn't have the umami though. This dish is also recommended by a nutritionist.
Lunch is super crowded where you have to wait and fight for limited seats if you don't feel like going to the second floor (Mpst of the cases). The stall is located inna traditional wet market, and though with the effort of air-con, you will still sweat your top wet after having whichever bowl here. Most dishes are $100 and above, which is rather expensive for a stall of this standard. However, they are indeed generous when it comes to the volume, and tastes is also quite authentic that minimum seasonings are used which leaves you feel light after taking up a whole bowl.

In the bowl are a whole tomato, broccoli, baby corn, mushrooms, chopped bell peppers, cabbage leaves, and 8 dumplings with their wrappers made of whole grain flour.
One pity is that the meat stuffing, which the owner claims to be made of fresh pork, somehow tastes like the one in frozen dumplings. It's a bit too soft for me.
