 The owner’s service is cordial and enthusiastic, the materials used are real and delicious, and the price is affordable. It seems to have been re-decorated last year and the dining environment has become more comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店內整潔乾淨，肉圓皮太軟爛，有一點生生的味道，肉餡也不飽滿不Q彈，醬汁無特色，四神湯還算不錯，餐點價格合理，整體還算可以。
The shop is clean and tidy, the meatballs are too soft and rotten, with a bit of raw flavor, the meat filling is not full and not good, the sauce is not special, the Sishen soup is not bad, the meals are reasonably priced, and the whole is not bad.

The things are real, the toilets are clean, and the elder brother and elder sister of the store are friendly. Such a small store is great!

The soup is not clear, probably because the barley has been soaked in it, the taste is normal, but you can still consume it if you want to eat steamed meat balls occasionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rou Yuan and their Rou Zhong are very delicious and authentic tasting. Their soup is very rich and tasty especially with the intestines. This is a very authentic Taiwan tasting restaurant. I come here every now and then and absolutely love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is strictly about the pig offal soup as it was all I had when our party of three visited in a Monday afternoon in early January 2021.
This is a mom and pop shop hidden in an alley. Many such establishments in Taipei are not as clean as they should be but this particular shop is quite clean.
There are only a few tables inside so it could get crowded during busy hours. We went before the typical dinner hours so we had the entire place to ourselves. The opportunity to enjoy a bowl of soup in peace is a luxury to be cherished in such a crowded city.
Pig offal are time consuming to clean and this shop did an admirable job. The soup was lightly seasoned and I could detect the herbal ingredients. That said, the offal were not as flavorful as they should be.
It is one of those places that is decent for an occasional visit but it's not worth making a special trip to go to.
