★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵線，大腸滷得有入味，口感Q彈還有魚丸切丁，肉羹湯，裡面滿滿黑木耳，筍絲，蘿蔔塊，肉羹軟嫩，兩者小碗都是40而已，湯頭略甜，勾芡略濃，整體份量相當足夠，店家裝盛得“表面張力”，用餐環境明亮，開在豪宅一樓，辣椒醬有別一般，顏色，形狀類似黑味噌醬，但辣度是有的，品嚐過後，個人覺得整體風味，與附近網路名店有過之而無不及。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 創始老闆的肉羹是有蘿蔔丁的，所以在這裡麵線羹吃到會多一個口感，似乎更符合記憶中的味道。
臭豆腐屬於後來才增加的項目，很少吃就不比較了。但是是好吃的口味。

跟朋友從廈門街Vice Versa 喝完東西，也去川端藝會所看了展覽，整個廈門街結合了民生與日治時代的老建築物及人情。
無意發現這家麵線焿店，本來想說飽個肚子，天啊，吃一口怎麼有種感動，麵的勾芡濃稠很剛好也超夠份量，食材新鮮又多到要炸，味道也挺好。
跟老闆聊天，才知是青年創業，堅持當日備料，絕無隔夜。不來留個言會對不起自己。
