I can't read/write in Mandarin and I got by just fine and the staff were patient – snacks were a nice touch. I was asked to eat a biscuit and drink more water before donation as I had much to eat/drink since breakfast. Quick and relatively painless process – akin to a blood test, arguably less painful than some blood tests that I have had. Dad has AML and is currently in the ICU so I am very aware of how impactful donation is and would like to thank all the staff and donors involved.
