★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在絲毫不起眼的小角落 小小的一家店 卻有著滿滿的家庭溫暖 老闆娘很慈眉 大方 配著2個可愛小動物 就是一個溫馨小店 今天吃了一碗紅豆湯和一碗關東煮 紅豆湯的麻吉是我印象最深刻的 與平常吃到的不一樣 口感Q但不黏嘴 且吃的出糯米的口感 非常特殊 ?
In an inconspicuous little corner, a small shop is full of family warmth. The proprietress is very kind and generous. With 2 cute animals, it is a cozy little shop. Today I had a bowl of red bean soup and a bowl of Oden red bean soup. It is what I am most impressed with. The taste is different from what I usually eat. Q but it is not sticky and the taste of glutinous rice is very special ?

老闆娘說紅豆湯先蒸了2次，再燉1次，紅豆也是選用大顆的，吃的時候特別留意了大小，的確比平常喝的大呢！紅豆有煮到軟，是我喜歡的口感?份量也足夠，而日本麻薯也不同於一般甜品店的麻薯，嚐起來確實好吃，帶著米香是很單純的味道，2顆份量不過多剛剛好，湯品甜度足但不膩口，改天再來試試關東煮
✍️老闆娘說以前經營日料31年，現在在自家樓下販售餐點，小小店內播放著日本音樂，使用日本瓷器，言談中感覺出對自家食品有著絕對的用心，帶著日本的職人精神呢☺️

The proprietress said that the red bean soup was steamed twice and then stewed again. The red beans are also big ones. When eating, pay special attention to the size. It is indeed larger than usual! The red beans are boiled until soft, which is what I like. The serving size is enough, and Japanese mochi is also different from the mochi in general dessert shops. It tastes really delicious. It has a simple taste with rice fragrant. The serving size of 2 pieces is not too much. It’s just right, the soup is sweet enough but not greasy, and I will try the oden another day
✍️The proprietress said that she used to operate Japanese food for 31 years, and now she sells meals downstairs in her own house. Japanese music is played in the small shop, and Japanese porcelain is used. In her speech, she feels that she has absolute intentions for her own food, and she has Japanese craftsmen. What about spirit☺️
