技師蠻扯,車停好跟他說我車電瓶好像有問題,他直接問我車的型號,然後打電話問料,直接拿一顆電瓶給我,說換這顆可不可以?然後低頭不看我又不講話..我問他是否可以先幫我檢查我的電瓶真的有問題再幫我更換,他說ok!檢查後他又說我的電瓶ok沒問題,我跟他道謝後,他才說抱歉我們要收檢查費喔...我問他多少,他說:嗯..收你300好了!整個無言 我知道收取檢查費很合理,但從一開始的sop就有問題->直接要換電瓶,然後也不報個價錢,之後請他檢查,也不聲明檢查費多少,後來又隨便報個檢查費用的數字,讓人很不舒服。

消費者小心! 徹底的黑店! 不但收錢但根本沒換零件,還可能對顧客的車子動手腳。 事證說明: 今年5月底臨時在這邊作了保養跟打蠟洗車,開了8500的保養單,換了好幾樣東西:結果前幾天我來要再做保養,劈頭就問我說要換甚麼(我心想我哪知道要換甚麼,不是要檢查才知道!?) 然後打開引擎蓋,馬上就指著方向機油跟我說要換,「你看都黑了,這個要1700」,我心想,我記得之前5月換東西的時候有換啊? 我請他們調維修資料,調了半天甚麼都沒有,後來我直接跑回家去拿了單子,回來一對,果然單子上有寫。最好是方向機油半年就要換! 根本當初保養時都沒有換! 還收了錢! 今天把車送去長輩較熟識的店家,一查,引擎上的蓋子沒關好,水箱破掉又沒水。表示當初在這家店保養的時候,店家根本甚麼都沒作或有問題! 會不會有其他零件被偷換也不知道,真的太可怕了。 算是學一次經驗,保養最好是回原廠,不然就是盡量全程跟看,或是保養結束後全部自己再檢查一次。
