一直以 資方的立場，跟勞方說話。
一直用言語，說這件的案子，就算上了法院，也會領不到錢。
要勞方，趕快跟資方和解。
並且用言語，嘲諷勞方，在猶豫不決的時候，是在浪費調解的時間。
真的讓人，感到很失望。。。

一來就被罵，今天我們勞方是什麼都不懂才來這邊詢求幫助，結果一直被駁回，只要講不過勞方，就說我建議你們直接訴訟好了……態度非常不好！！！
建議來這邊尋求幫助的人要慎選人員，以免自己本來該爭取的權益都沒有了～感覺就是想草草了事，希望快點合解就沒他的事，如果這麼沒有奈心，真的不要在繼續在這邊工作損害他人權益欸

開會前濫權，先禁止錄音錄影，再在會上言語攻擊勞方。
要他道歉還死不開口，法院說沒錄影錄音不成立。
