2020/08/04 11:15 am 這是一次相當不愉快的經驗, 在該店家消費過不少次,只有這次令我感到非常失望。一開始我不小心移動到椅子的關係,店員說「你不要移動我的椅子,這是我固定好的!」 我認為表達的方式有很多種,而該店員選擇了這樣的口吻,只讓我感受到店員的不屑、憤怒的態度。 接著在綁圍兜時,我告知店員有點太緊了,店員說「這樣頭髮才不會掉進衣服裡!」邊說邊幫我重新綁,但是最後一樣很緊⋯⋯ 我當然知道頭髮有可能會掉落,因此才會綁緊,但是都已經到達「不舒服」的地步了,店員依然故我,除了不尊重客人感受外也不尊重自己的工作。 對於百元的消費品質而言,確實沒有很多可以要求的地方,不過既然是服務業,態度也是基本的,即便有再高的技術,不懂的跟客人溝通一樣會流失顧客⋯⋯ 當然後面還有很多很拙劣的對話⋯我就不一一贅述了⋯ 結論就是,希望貴公司在員工篩選時,需要把品質,你們商品的武器就是cp值,速度「快」,價位「低」是你們的優勢,但是服務品質「差」如果也是你們認為理所當然的附加物,那麽原本的優勢便不存在了,很多顧客對於髮型不一定這麼暸解,可以用圖片供客人參考,也可以引導客人選擇適合他們的髮型,如果能做到這樣就更能夠凸顯你們的專業,然後如果自身的專業不夠時也不用強詞奪理⋯⋯因為只有可能會秀下限罷了⋯⋯如果顧客不專業又強詞奪理,那麼就按照客人的意思做就好了~ 我也希望這位「店員」可以瞭解自己的重要性,妳的行為不只代表自身,而且也代表著店家,會影響整個品牌的~
