第一次光顧,非常糟糕的體驗! 如此水準的服務態度,給它一顆星都太多! 詢問訂機票事宜,服務小姐態度超差,臉超臭,沒有耐心,多問幾個問題,口氣就變得不耐煩,眼睛還會狠狠瞪客人!當下心情真的非常不舒服!不要以為客人沒察覺,其實這些小動作,客人都一一看在眼裡。第一印象是非常不專業的服務員!不專業的旅行社!如果沒熱情,就不要做服務業,小動作一堆,客人是來消費的,沒有欠你的。再說,全台北一堆旅行社,專業又熱情的多的是,客人為何一定要挑你們這家呢?

1.打電話,詢問門市是否還有西堤餐卷及數量(門市直接買大約93折,一張610元(原價是598*(1+10%)=658元左右),當天需要9張,在易遊網上買要10張才有這個價格,且是到總公司系統,沒辦法當天取票。 2.約好當天取票時間(傍晚7點打烊) 3.開車取票,可以把車暫停一下在靠近西一門上,門市在轉角的北三門這邊,一人在車上顧車不熄火。一人去取票,可以刷卡,門市有提醒,買了後悔想退票,要自負10%手續費。 那天晚餐,Hestia 訂西堤重慶南路店,當天致電很幸運在北車門市直接買到西堤餐卷,晚餐就能直接使用,每份套餐省了48元? 北車離重慶南路店很近 順路過來。 還有其他王品餐卷都可以在易遊網門市購買,小資族不錯的省錢方式。?

交通地點方便,接待人員親切。順道可到二樓「餐飲專區」用餐,也可經「館前路」到「二二八公園」運動。
