★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吳醫師很親切，很厲害。但櫃檯年輕一點的小姐態度實在不行，預約前一天我出國沒接到醫師休診電話，隔天不知情花了一小時通車時間過去，櫃檯的態度就是我們前一天有打電話給你你自己沒接到的態度，連個語音留言或簡訊都沒有，態度也很不好，就此之後就再也不想去受罪

The next day I did n’t know I spent an hour to open the train. The attitude of the counter is that we called you the day before and you did n’t answer I did n’t even have a voice message or text message, and I did n’t want to suffer anymore.

自費看醫生，有事諮詢櫃檯，還要受到櫃檯人員的冷言服務⋯真是不知現在的服務品質怎麼了⋯
