★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 專業喔？還好吧？看不出來哪裡專業。我因為不清楚我的電話號碼（平時不是自己用的），拿著身分證想請他幫我查，然後繳費，他卻說他們只能查固網不能查市話號碼，要查市話不能來我們這裡。可是我卻有疑惑，因為我上次就是在這裡用身分證查詢繳費的，我也詢問了，依然是同樣回應。後來我打電話問中華電信的客服後才知道，因為有人可能開公司名下幾百支電話號碼，不可能都記得，所以只要願意拿出身分證不可能不能查˙。
Professional? Are you okay? Can't see where the major is. I did n’t know my phone number (I usually did n’t use it myself), I wanted to ask him to check it for me while holding my ID card, but he said that they can only check the fixed network but not the local phone number. We are here. But I was puzzled because I used my ID card to check the payment last time. I also asked about it and still responded the same way. Later, I called and asked Chunghwa Telecom's customer service to find out, because someone may open a few hundred phone numbers under the company name, it is impossible to remember, so if you are willing to take out your identity card, you can't check it.
