★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【麥當勞報報】在系統的更新之後,並沒有比較好用。一直常常是會出現必須得重新輸入個人資料跟密碼的確認。
電腦系統常常忘了給設定麥當勞報報的顧客,也就是我遇到的真實狀況。以電腦系統的設定而言,每天一定會給優惠券或者是歡樂貼一點。集滿6張歡樂貼,可以按【兌換】。再來,就是變成優惠券的使用。期限大概都是三天。
遇到【麥當勞報報】的系統有問題的時候,不管…我怎麼請門市主管跟人員向台北的總公司反應,卻都沒有用。
以只有一則的評論五顆星,實在是非常不合理。所以,本來在心裡,想給1.5顆星的我,確認針對總公司的部份,只能給一顆星的評分。因為,不管以之前的五年,或者是最近的這兩個月,失誤率實在是已經算非常高。
我想反應的重點是~以【麥當勞】是全球企業跟在台灣,一直是頗具規模的公司,員工兩萬人。遍及台灣的各個角落。實在是不應該在電腦系統或者是人員的服務部份,有不理想的狀況發生。
尤其【麥當勞】是一個國際化的速食品牌。再加上深耕台灣已經非常多年,更不應該有這樣的失誤。以及屢屢反應給門市,卻沒有得到有效的改善。等於針對忠誠度高的顧客之強烈反應,完全漠視跟沒有辦法立即把電腦的設定有效且迅速地協助處理。

It is very unreasonable to have only one review five stars. So, in my mind, I wanted to give 1.5 stars. I confirmed that for the head office, I can only give one star. Because, regardless of the previous five years or the last two months, the error rate is already very high.
I think the focus of the reaction is ~ [McDonald's] is a global enterprise following Taiwan, and it has always been a large-scale company with 20,000 employees. All over Taiwan. It really shouldn't happen in the computer system or the service part of the personnel.
Especially [McDonald's] is an international fast food brand. Coupled with the fact that Taiwan has been cultivating deeply for many years, there should be no such mistakes. And repeated responses to the store, but no effective improvement. It is equivalent to a strong response to highly loyal customers, complete disregard and no way to immediately assist with the computer settings effectively and quickly.

2.漢堡商品類別單調,近幾年國賓買下麥當勞後對其定位不明,想要推咖啡吧但咖啡的品質和用餐環境並沒有做到位,應該要獨立出給只想喝咖啡的顧客一個空間!
