大辣大麻香氣十足，喜歡麵不軟爛的口感，個人覺得抄手非常大顆！下次想試試乾的，辣度應該比湯麵更強烈一些。

看似宜蘭卜肉，但實際上不太一樣～
肥瘦比例都有的酥肉事先醃製過，就算不沾椒鹽也有味道～搭配椒鹽又是另種層次～

The spicy marijuana is full of aroma, and I like the taste that the noodles are not soft and rotten. Personally, I think the chopsticks are very big! Next time I want to try dry, the spiciness should be stronger than soup noodles.

It looks like Yilan pork, but it's actually not the same~
The crispy meat with both fat and thin ratios has been marinated in advance, even if it does not stick to salt and pepper, it still tastes ~ with salt and pepper is another level~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本身是個酸辣粉愛好者，這間店的酸辣粉真的非常可以、一口接一口簌簌簌地狂吸，湯頭也相當濃郁；小菜點了涼拌干絲、紅糖糍粑，樸實的外表、口味卻很驚艷，干絲入味、糍粑蘸上紅糖水好Q好好吃（小孩一直怪我怎麼只點小份的?）。（小插曲）老公因爲車子比較胖，無法停在機械車位，附近也真的比較不好停車，老闆聽到我跟老公講電話，熱心的接過電話告知附近的平面車位停車場，老公到店後，竟然還主動將冷掉的麵復熱再端上?，真的謝謝老闆，您的心意，我們暖呼呼的！有時間再去台北，必定會再次光臨！
I am a fan of hot and sour noodles. The hot and sour noodles in this store are really good. I snort one after another, and the soup is quite strong. But it's amazing, the dry silk is delicious, the glutinous rice cake is dipped in brown sugar water, so Q and delicious (the child always blames me for only ordering a small portion ?). (Interlude) My husband couldn't park in the mechanical parking space because the car was fat, and it was really difficult to park nearby. The boss heard me talking on the phone with my husband, and enthusiastically answered the phone and informed the nearby flat parking lot. After my husband arrived at the store, He even took the initiative to reheat the cold noodles and serve them up?, thank you boss, for your kindness, we are so warm! If I have time to go to Taipei again, I will definitely come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四川料理を手軽に楽しめる町の食堂。辛さなどカスタマイズ出来るので辛党も満足。スープはスパイスをふんだんに入れながら、コクがあって飲めば飲むほど美味しい。クセになる味。揚げたてのズーバーというデザートも外せない。
店主さんはとても丁寧で優しい方で、サービスが良かった。また食べに行きたいと思う。
A town cafeteria where you can easily enjoy Sichuan cuisine. You can customize the spiciness, so the spicy party is also satisfied. The soup is rich and delicious as you drink it while adding plenty of spices. A addictive taste. You can't miss the dessert called Zuber, which is freshly fried.
The owner was very polite and kind, and the service was good. I want to go eat again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overrated... From my girlfriend's experience who lived in Shanghai almost 10 years and had been to Sichuan several times, the flavor of dishes were not authentic at all. However, from my perspective, I as a foodie who never been to Sichuan, I don't think this flavor was bias to Taiwanese flavor as well...so it just not here not there. Environment was considered clean but I think can be better and casual. Service was good by the way.
