櫃檯在整修換個地方結帳,只會在旁邊冷冷的看你都不會叫客人
結帳要用行動支付和載具,還都很不耐煩
沒看過態度這麼差的店員

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我在23日晚上21:35到文具店買文具,想說買快一點別拖到時間,買到一半,店員上二樓,不知用何物敲打桌子,我就不想買了,正要出去時,又有一個人進來,那個人原本要上二樓,但電燈在我走下樓就關了,那個人問店員也沒什麼回應,在我的手機時間是21:49 鐵門就開始關了。請問到底營業時間是幾點?
I went to the stationery store at 21:35 on the evening of the 23rd to buy stationery. I wanted to say that I should buy it quickly and don’t delay it. I bought half of it. The clerk went to the second floor and beat the table with something, so I didn’t want to buy it. When I was about to go out , another person came in. The person was going to go to the second floor, but the light was turned off when I walked downstairs. The person asked the clerk but there was no response. The iron gate started to close at 21:49 when my mobile phone time was 21:49. What are the opening hours please?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前幾週到該店買藍筆筆芯(怕買錯還先拍了照要給服務人員協助購買)
二樓的服務人員,身為賣場員工也分不清架上販售的筆芯是否為同款!?隨意的指出「可能」的款式並示意詢問樓下結帳人員。
結帳人員回應這款不是我能使用的型號並且有翻DM型錄讓我翻拍型號再上樓更換。
結果二樓服務人員找了兩邊有陳列的筆芯後直接說「沒有庫存」。
消費者感受:銷售積極度不佳、專業度明顯不足。
多給一顆星是給予結帳人員至少沒造成消費者買錯商品要再前往退貨的不便。
A few weeks ago, I went to the store to buy blue pen refills (I was afraid of buying the wrong one, but I took a photo first and asked the service staff to assist in the purchase)
The service staff on the second floor, as store employees, could not tell whether the refills sold on the shelves were of the same style! ? Feel free to point out the "possible" styles and ask the checkout staff downstairs.
The checkout staff responded that this is not a model that I can use and that there is a DM catalogue for me to remake the model and go upstairs to replace it.
As a result, the service staff on the second floor found the refills displayed on both sides and directly said "no stock".
Consumer perception: poor sales enthusiasm and obvious lack of professionalism.
Giving an extra star is to give the checkout staff at least the inconvenience of not causing consumers to buy the wrong product and have to return it.
