★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had meal in this Tepanyakki restaurant two times before. The food was quite good and the service was decent. However, when the waitress added a sauce to our plates, she mentioned that sauce cost much money, which i think it was totally rude and cannot believe such word was from a lady in the restaurant. I and my friend did not even thought the expensive sauce was that nice at all!
The food standard was falling which made me quite disappointed. I believe I can get much better service and food from another restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste good with reasonable price. However, environment in the room is small and quite noisy due to the range hood. Services were not that satisfied as well because the receptionist asked us to wait outside until all guests arrived without providing menu and water for reference. After we came in, the waitress was too busy to explain the menu and tap water for us at the first 5 minutes. This is not I expected at such high class teppanyaki restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Terrible service with no quality service training of whole team. We plan to celebrate Mother’s Day and make the reservation at 7:30. We didn’t have the seat until now (8:10) and no one tell us how long to wait, where to rest.
Keep asking the team abt the seat, but they just ignore the request. NO ONE IS HELPING. And its the night of Mother’s Day….
Definitely not to come to this place if you are in a big group especially with your mom and grandma. They don’t know how to deal with you and will just walk away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion, the best teppanyaki in Taipei. Yes, they have another branch in Sogo, but everything seems to taste better here. Not sure if it's the chefs or ingredients, but my wife and I both noticed everything was better. Also, there are choices of appetizer, whereas the Sogo location does not offer this. There are also more steak choices. I had the ribeye, and my wife had the Kobe beef, both were superb and better than what we had elsewhere. This location, in Taipei 101, is a larger place, with many tables. There is much more privacy, and we had a room entirely to ourselves on a Friday night, no less. Nice experience.
