The doctor was very attentive and asked a lot of questions and answered every question very patiently, without any impatience at all. I highly recommend coming here to see a dermatologist???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫生人很好有耐心，但是有一位跟診小姐居然是用”丟”的把健保卡丟到櫃檯？？除了這位，另外兩位櫃檯小姐姐態度都很好，還是給五星，希望那位以後不要再這樣丟其他病患的健保卡^^
The doctor is very kind and patient, but one of the consultation ladies actually threw the health insurance card at the counter by "throwing"? ? In addition to this one, the other two ladies at the counter have a very good attitude. I still give them five stars. I hope that one will not lose the health insurance cards of other patients like this in the future ^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫生親切有耐心，看診專業仔細，初診完後還有診所的關心電話，詢問用藥有沒有問題、有沒有過敏狀況等等。看到滿多評論覺得櫃檯小姐態度不好，回診這3次以來沒有這種感覺，有時候櫃檯忙但不至於態度差，每個人都需要互相尊重。
The doctor is kind and patient, and the consultation is professional and careful. After the initial consultation, there is a call from the clinic to ask if there is any problem with the medication, whether there is any allergic condition, etc. I saw Manduo's comments and felt that the attitude of the counter lady was not good. I haven't felt this way since the three visits. Sometimes the counter is busy but not so bad. Everyone needs to respect each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came all the way from the other side of the city only to learn that no more appt can be made today. All I got was: we are fully booked, pls come back another day!! No announcement made on either FB page nor it’s website (YAS I checked both pages before I traveled 50 min to get here. Still no post now, don’t come unless u love spending time on meaningless stuff).
Dr. Chen is great, one of the more detailed and patient dermatologist I’ve seen in Taipei (trust me, I’ve seen a lot). But the front desk/ customer service really have a long long way to go. Don’t let it ruin the image and brand built thru the years. Not asking u to take extra appt, simply announce it online so that ppl don’t waste time getting here would have been okay !
