★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是品牌常客，在這買了幾支表，其它在A4買的，蒐集大概有十多支了，覺得101的服務應要再提升，我覺得可把顧客當朋友更好，不用刻意提高專業，因為能在101服務的你們，基本上專業已受到公司肯定，把顧客當朋友為顧客解決手表各方面需求問題，會是更好的服務方式，加油。
I am a frequent customer of the brand. I bought a few watches here. Others bought in A4. There are more than 10 collections. I feel that the service of 101 should be improved. I think it is better to be a friend and not to improve the profession. Because you can serve in 101, basically the profession has been affirmed by the company, it is a better service way to refuel the customer as a friend to solve all aspects of the watch.

同類型的東西別的品牌也不是做得比較差，希望服務人員能更用心介紹，不要讓這麼好的品牌因為服務被扣分
