★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旁邊就是大汐止百貨，購買生活用品和早晚餐都很方便，鄰近康寧街去東湖也不算太遠，住家外面不遠處就有公車站牌。整體來說對於上班族、外食族相當便利，社區內花園維護的不錯，垃圾間沒臭味，適合毛小孩或是小朋友居住的美麗社區。
