Retail Prices are 30% lower in Europe and America. And unlike America, there are no returns. You could only exchange once and it has to be with the same store. Do NOT buy in Taiwan! Limited selection and an extremely unhelpful staff. The lady that was assisting us, Sharon Huang, was very indifferent. We were there to exchange a gift and shocked to find out that the prices are grossly inflated. Shop in Europe or America for the best prices/selection and service!

Clean, light, and comfortable shopping floor. Separated into two wings for women and men. Very nice, friendly, and helpful employees. Waiting area with sofa and table provided. Water and juice provided. Public restrooms are nearby at the same floor in Taipei 101. Overall, I would recommend it.

This is the worst shopping experience I've ever had in Louis Vuitton. It gave me an uncomfortable feeling from the moment I entered the shop. I was greeted by a long haired lady in a mask, and when I expressed my desire to buy a book, She began to show an attitude that made me sick, something I hadn't felt since I first bought it three years ago. The saleswoman even rolled her eyes at me as she walked past. I can't believe this is happening in a store like Louis Vuitton's. Why would your company hire such low level and uneducated employees to work at Louis Vuitton's even a flagship store! I have bought many kinds of goods in Hong Kong, even if it is to shop around do not buy but clerk is always give me very comfortable feel at home. The attitude toward the 101 flagship store has been known for a long time, just after the book, the 101 flagship store, this is definitely the last time to go to the store, a friend who would like to go shopping would also suggest a change of store Taipei's worst Louis Vuitton. Disgusting.

Is a better place that I going today for better services and friendly. Today I with my friend just walk in and purchased a roses perfume. On that time we have been served by a sales guys which very politely and manners also friendly. Pls be reward to him and increment to him. He is a very nice person and served well to all customers.

Really enjoyed my experience here. Didn't feel overly pretentious, and service was top notch. The SA I worked with, Mina, was super friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. She even recommended some (expensive) items I normally would not have given a second glance, which I ended up buying and really enjoying. Give this girl a raise!

Great service! But quality sometimes are not that good, must check the quality when you buy; although its not the store issue, but overall, LV should pay attention to what they ship out to the stores. Little heads up to those that are buying; starting March, most products will not have Date Codes, they are using chips for authentication. Good!

Excellent service! I did not buy anything (because the prices were higher than what I pay in The U.S. And Europe) and was still treated like a QUEEN! I had an eight layover and was wandering Taipei 101. I was dressed down in sweats and had my luggage with me. I was greeted upon entry and the SA was empathetic about my long travel from NYC. I got my luggage tag hot stamped with the Taipei 101 building and was offered champagne while I waited (very rare-this only happens when I'm spending thousands of dollars). My little souvenir that reminds me of the outstanding service here! #Abventurous

I believe this one of their flagship stores. Loved my experience over here. Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. They even had a special booth of sorts on the 6/7th floor at that time
