★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從這裡經過，看到多了101文具天堂，鮮綠色的店面很醒目，外面正好有位媽媽正教看似小學階段的小孩學跳繩，頗有活力的！除了這對母子個別的活力之外，也傳達出此區域正穩定發展的活力，顯現在此落腳安居的人越來越多。
店裡燈光明亮，陳列架之間的走道雖然窄了些，但要在本來就不大的空間裡陳列所有文具，實屬不易！雖然如此，但101卻簡單、整齊、明確的陳列了千百種各式各樣的產品，讓客人隨所需，自在選購。無疑的，101文具天堂在此展店給附近居民帶來很大的便利，也給社區補足缺乏的這一塊。
總觀而言，除了店面的鮮綠色設計讓部分人覺得與這一帶的質感違和及店內有點悶之外，基本上這是蠻不錯的文具店。
