★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近在本店購買一個玩具，小孩很喜歡，想說再買一個一樣的，於是就先打電話詢問，但是店員卻回答我：你不會自己過來看嗎？口氣超級差，我並不是，買你們店沒有的東西，而是要再多買一個，請你們幫忙看看有無現貨，若沒有的話可以協助訂貨。結果居然得到這樣的反應…可能你們不會在乎，每年在你們店消費幾萬元這種小咖吧！再也不會過去了，公司所需購買的文具，也不會過去消費了！

在要結帳前我已經把藝FUN劵跟會員卡放在ㄧ塊也跟你說要用藝FUN劵折抵，妳直接拿起會員卡刷條碼卻沒理會我說的藝FUN劵
再提醒妳一次 妳轉過來用那種非常不耐煩的眼神給我看
實在不知道妳不耐煩什麼？
麻煩貴店請多加強自家員工的細心度跟服務態度
別讓這樣的員工打壞了對你們店的評價和印象
