★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住戶素質驚人，抽菸影響鄰居屢勸不聽，還公然跟警衛一起在大廳門口吸；亂丟垃圾嚴重到清潔隊不願意收社區垃圾；還有在梯間隨意吐痰吐檳榔汁，甚至群聚吸毒的住戶。社區總幹事只會抓在社區貼抱怨文章的住戶，真正影響生活的問題只會要求住戶自己蒐證處理，非常恐怖的社區。
The quality of the residents is amazing. Smoking affects the neighbors’ repeated persuasion. They openly smoked at the entrance of the hall with the guards. The littering is so serious that the cleaning team is unwilling to collect community rubbish. There are also casual spitting and spitting betel nut juice in the stairs. Residents gathering drugs. The director-general of the community will only catch the residents who post complaining articles in the community, and the problems that really affect their lives will only require the residents to search for evidence and deal with them by themselves. This is a very scary community.
