★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 俗話說湖南人怕不辣，但這次點了比較不辣的菜色，湖南炒飯，湖南臘肉的香氣滿滿，飯都有炒鬆粒粒分明；辣椒炒蛋，有著辣椒香氣而不辣的青龍椒搭配蛋酥，鹹香下飯～安東仔雞，辣中帶酸的口味，搭配炒的恰到好處軟嫩的雞肉，口味特別又開胃；一罐香，味道上有點像是四神湯湯頭，但加了黨蔘紅棗，讓香氣更有層次也更濃郁～整體來說是值得一吃的餐廳～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境安排寬敞，隨時有服務人員進行清潔，無接觸式點餐，將人與人的接觸降到最低，各式餐點新鮮美味可口，份量充足，數位點餐後上菜速度迅速，辣度口味適中，為了避免排隊造成群聚問題，建議可先進行預約。
 The environment is spacious, and there are service staff to clean at any time. Contactless ordering minimizes the contact between people. All kinds of meals are fresh and delicious, and the portion is sufficient. After digital ordering, the food is served quickly and spicy taste. Moderate, in order to avoid the problem of clustering caused by queuing, it is recommended to make an appointment first.

Anyway, it's worth to get a try there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a very very bad customer service. I placed an order online then I called them to ask what payment service they accept. They said they couldn’t speak English which is no problem at all. I don’t speak Chinese. The problem is they cancelled my order because I don’t speak Chinese! It was an online order. Then when I have someone the phone to help me, they kept having a bad attitude and the person feed up with them. I won’t advice foreigners to go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place for Hunan cuisine in Tainan. Food is excellent. Restaurant is neat and clean. Price is reasonable for restaurant style of eating.
The most famous Hunan dish known to Americans is General Tso’s chicken. That is about it. Sadly to say, General Tso Chicken was invented by a great Hunan chef from Taipei, who passed away recently. It is not even an indigenous Hunan dish.
Here are three dishes my family had,
Dry bean curd with shredded beef
香干牛肉絲
Chairman Mao’s delight
毛氏紅燒肉
Spicy pot pig intestines and stinky tofu
干鍋臭豆腐
