★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant was supposed to have Hunan flavors, but I could not tell the difference between that and standard Taiwanese food. Food was not spicy enough. Location is quite new, less than 3 month old. Kitcken is open and very clean. Dining room is well lit with new floors and furniture. Many waiters seem unsure of themselves and pace the room. Staff is very attentive... At time too attentive. No bathrooms available in the restaurant; patrons can use the bathroom in the office building next door. Pricing is a bit high.
