★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感覺很差，逛個音響喇叭被店員一直盯著看，從頭到尾一直跟著我們不發一語，試用完之後就馬上去喬一下東西（我跟我朋友絕對有把東西歸位），好像怕我們弄壞一樣。SONY喇叭品質很好，但是客服這塊真的有待加強，下次絕對不會再光顧這間店了！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員很不耐煩，疫情期間不提供耳塞式試聽，一開非常感謝店員提醒，並告知來客很多外國人士，只是公告一張A4大小放在所有耳機的展架中間一個對於專注要去買M3耳罩式耳機(在整個展架的左側)的眼盲客人而言，實在沒留意到A4那麼大張且字體也很大(可能不到30px吧XD)的公告，就提供意見看是否把公告放在耳塞式耳機後面會更清楚，然後店員就說: 已經放那~麼大張的公告還看不到。喔，那我們只好離開了，很抱歉，我們就是沒看到所謂很大張且唯一一張的A4只公告。如果是很多客人都發生這樣問題導致店員不耐煩，那是不是需要想想公告擺放位置是否不明顯。
