效率差、不知辯通,辦一個活動最基本的企劃書也寫不好,不知道貴公司是如何處理事情的,人人都有責任讓公司變好,但顯然沒有人願意改變。

絕對絕對不能在這邊打工,面試時我在面試人面前清清處處算好我打工結束後能拿到多少錢,再三跟面試人確認金額,對方也說是這樣沒錯,後來我帶我弟弟來這裡面試,再次確認我試算的金額對方也說正確,但到了發薪前張貼出我們的工作時數卻跟當初面試時完全不相同,扣了我將近快1500的薪水,我詢問對方,對方卻不斷的呼嚨裝傻,幸虧我事先有拍證據否則真被他賴掉,後來對方終於肯將錢交出來但態度卻非常差,對我不讀不回,我還是透過同事才知道對方有要把錢給我們的消息,否則我一直被蒙在鼓裡,後來發薪時分兩次發薪完全沒有告知我們打工的人,還要我們親自去公司問才知道為了會計方便所以拆兩次發薪非常誇張,分兩次就算了,第二次轉帳時還少轉金額,我又跑去公司詢問對方才直接給現金,給現金時態度還非常差,說什麼我們這樣就互不相欠了,總結 1.面試跟要發薪前的說詞有出入,若不是我有證據真的會被坑 2.發薪轉帳會有兩次完全沒告知,要我們去公司問才知道這回事 3.算時數非常不仔細,要不是我自己有在算就少了好幾小時 從我開始討要正確薪資到結束的過程對方態度都十分不佳,讓我跑了好幾趟公司,讓我擔心很多天自己的血汗錢是不是就這樣沒了?訊息還會挑人告知,讓他感覺不悅的人會直接不讀不回,有好幾度我真想直接打去勞工局投訴,要不是評論最少只能打1顆星否則我會毫不猶豫的直接打負五顆星

發薪故意分兩次以及不照法規核算薪水似乎是這公司的通例! 本薪跟加班分開計算(問題是每月加班都是固定時數)勞保6%提撥故意只用本薪計算,這樣一來每月公司可省不少吧! 還好同事中有人找出法規,6%提撥必須用實拿薪資來計算,告知如不改善就去勞保局投訴,這樣一來本薪跟加班才一次付,6%的計算也才跟實拿薪資符合! 福利金也是!收的比別間公司還高!但什麼福利也沒有!國定假日無雙薪!特休也無! 號稱全國十大保全公司........真不知是哪種十大!
