The first detachment of the Yongyong Fire Corps, located at the intersection of Dihua Street and Liangzhou Street in Taipei City, was completed in 1933. It used to be the police station of the Yongdingcho 5-chome police station in the Japanese occupation. The facade of the building is influenced by the modernist style. The wall is covered with tiles and has simple line decoration. The second floor is partially curved and arched. The banded arches are arranged to form a geometrical effect. The windows are opened up and down. Wooden windows are now rare. The top of the wall below the eaves on the second floor, as seen in the photo, has six square frames with a hollowed-out structure, possibly a vent. The second floor window is shaped like a curved arch window, the upper end is a curved wooden louver, and the sash below it is a wooden drop window. The rightmost louver on the first floor, and the sashes are all pull-up wooden window. The right second air window is a vertical wooden window, and the window sash is a wooden drop-down window.
