倒真的把自己當管理者，都感受不到服務性。
很多事情都得自己處理的話我為何要請物業管理。
第一年物業免費代管就占人便宜嗎
管委會都還沒成立就發生有住戶東西被偷。
好像自己是大樓的主管一樣，真的感受不好！！
有些保全公司，也許不像齊家門面搞得這樣體面
但至少不會像齊家周姓經理一樣高高在上的態度。
