10月12購買到今天10月22日,我還用不到5次,最近也沒有多大的風雨,綁線已經鬆脫,一支890元的傘,不該有這樣的品質

傘骨上固定傘布的線很容易斷, 有趣的是 雨天用傘才會發現這個問題, 但是傘也不能留在店家修, 只能自己硬著頭皮補線. 800~900一把的傘, 品質應該更好, 不是很推.

If I can give it minus rating, I would. The experiences from repair to return can only be summed up in one word, "disgust". Recently, I purchased an umbrella from this shop believing they would offer good after sell care as they pride themselves on the quality of their umbrellas. But after seldom uses (I always took good care of it as it was a relatively expensive umbrella), tiny holes began to appear around the steel frame joints. During heavy rain, the umbrella would leak and not doing the proper job it should, to shed off rain. Before returning to the shop for repair, I searched online for reviews on their umbrellas, and came across one review stating she had encountered extremely bad customer service when she returned her umbrella for repair, and after long wait and several returns, the broken umbrella was never fixed and returned to her in the original broken state. Having read someone's bad experience with repair, I was being mindful. Finally, I came to experience the boss lady's sarcastic and condescending demeanour first hand. When I first send the umbrella back for repair, the boss lady would not give you a chance to tell her what the problem was, she would rush you off and said the factory would take care of it. Then 2 weeks past, I rang to enquire about the progress of repair, the boss lady would cut me off and wouldn't tell me when the repair will be complete. In a rather contemptuous tone, she said : "if you don't receive calls from us, then it means it's not ready". Another 2 weeks later, I received a text message on mobile notifying the umbrella has returned to their shop ready for pickup. When I returned to pick up, opened to inspect, to my shock, the umbrella had not only the previous tiny holes around the frame, but had bigger tears in the fabric. It was obvious that it hadn't been treated but the condition got worse. When I tried to show the boss lady more tears appeared and the umbrella hadn't been repaired. She turned her back and ignored me, didn't even bothered to look, then said they were "stitch holes" for the umbrella. Then sarcastically, she said "if you care about the stitch holes so much, then there aren't any umbrellas for you to buy". The boss lady then tried to rush me off despite there was no one in the shop. The boss lady insisted it had been repaired and the hole are normal and I should accept it. No, the holes aren't normal, they weren't there when I first purchased, and that's where rain would permeate. All the time, I remained calm, but the boss lady was rude, condescending disrespectful and sarcastic. There was absolutely no "customer service" per se. I simply asked her to explain to me what "treatments" had been done at the factory to repair the umbrella as it was obvious they hadn't. She wasn't able to answer, went to the counter, got money and threw it on the counter to told me to take it and leave. Hope my experience can help others to determine if this is the type of customer service you deserve.
