Administrative lady on Wednesday early afternoon was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I came in and as someone who does not read Chinese, she just gave me a rude look. Then proceeded to point and jab at the paper to ask me to fill it out. When I asked her to verbally instruct me what to write because I understand Chinese, she just continued to point and jab and give me looks. Then she turned to her coworker and started making inconsiderate comments like she doesn’t understand Chinese in a rude tone and there’s no way it will be processed fast enough. When she finished she kept giving me looks as if I would know she was done. I then asked in Chinese, is that all and she just nodded. As someone with high anxiety in this situations, and a government facility, it was extremely disappointing to experience. I think they could use some customer service training.
