詢問問題時非常不耐煩
也不聽客人說完話就急著回應（不想讓人說話的感覺）
處理態度也不佳 當初通話時說可以接受些微瑕疵
但實際送過去時刁難我們，並強烈否認原先的說詞
後續不願協助幫忙運送物品
也無法壓證件短暫借放
店面外也擺放多項雜物（書櫃、推車）
為了販賣商品而使通行有所受阻
這或許不是環保店家該有的作為
整體感受極差
即使有辦會員，但下次絕對不會再次光臨
（事件發生在12月7日下午五點半）
