肉羹湯有蘿蔔香,雖然小碗但的確肉蠻大塊的:) 乾麵麵體新鮮,拌醬也有一點刺激蒜香,不是單純的甜辣醬而已。蠻推薦的在地小吃

用餐環境乾淨,食物清爽,份量十足。 乾麵的油麵比一般的細一點,醬汁簡單就是淋上一點點甜辣醬,更可以感受麵條的彈跟麵香,入口很迷人。 肉羹超大塊的而且很有嚼勁,湯頭沒有勾芡,可惜湯對我稍微鹹一點點,燙青菜、花椰菜也都很清爽份量大,天梯沒有味道,單純吃脆脆的口感跟醬汁。 拌魚皮好清爽口感Q彈,西芹腐竹也是很清爽。

"Big pieces of pork in thick soup" is in the name of shop and it is exactly what it serves up so deliciously. I also love that they don't use disposable cutlery- even the chopsticks rest is a peanut which you can eat after the meal!
