The name in Chinese is literally no-name noodle shop, so it doesn't care one bit about advertising but it does care about making amazing soup. There's a really friendly old man dealing out noodles for prices that are amazingly cheap for Taipei. The pork jowl noodles are great, but even the cheap meatball noodles and wonton noodles are really nice. The soup broth is expertly prepared and you get a choice of a lot of additions. If you're staying in a hostel in the area, this is the best place to get soup or noodles for breakfast. They open super early at 5:00 or 6:00 and it's the best option for breakfast in the area.
