★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老師真的教學非常認真仔細，小班制不僅會cover到每個學生，即便你是一個人去上課老師也都完全不私藏地跟你分享她的甜點專業技巧跟知識。
每次去上課都不僅只是學習如何做出道地法式、美味的甜點，也都在學習並訓練自己的舌頭、辨別跟享受食物的原味；而我每次去上課收穫更大的是從自己親手從頭到尾完整製作一份甜點的過程中，進而學習一種製作甜點的態度、習慣，尤其了解每個態度和習慣背後，隱含的法國文化、或法國人對人生、還有生活的哲學和價值觀。
