在台北能吃到新鮮的虱目魚還是蠻開心的但 魚腸毫無腥味又香濃 但預煎好再微波的做法少了脆口感 魚皮新鮮 虱目魚丸Q彈 但加了小白菜有點不倫不類 菜味太搶戲 肉燥飯雖然不是從那鍋外星黑窟古董舀出來 還是超好吃的肉燥飯 不會太甜 或許新的經營者有他們自己的理念

米糕很好吃(照片是肉燥飯、魚皮湯)!現在外面很多店家已經沒有逐桌放衛生紙了,這間每桌放衛生紙之外還很大包,我覺得值得讚揚??

Love the authentic feel of this old diner specializing in Tainan 台南 style milkfish dishes. The house special is of course the fish belly which was melt in your mouth tender. But what makes this place special is that they also have delicacies you don't often find such as fish liver, intestines, tail, head..... Yes, as Anthony Bourdain said, it's the "nasty bits" that always taste the best. The standout for me was the milkfish panfried liver and intestines.
