★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年底透過勞工局轉介到宇聯諮商。遇到一位溫柔的女性諮商師，很謝謝她的幫助，我後來生活有勇氣做了很多改變。希望能當面謝謝她，但我的療程已經結束了，所以在這邊感謝她。
