★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 疫情前在大陸出差時，當地常點外賣黃燜雞米飯當工作餐，現在台北也有店家研發適合台灣人口味的黃燜系列，整個嚐後是好吃，但感覺就差那麼一點點味道，想想猜是~油！對~就是油！在大陸吃時較油膩，台灣少油醬汁較清淡，但味道還是不錯，現場只能外帶，或是外送平台點餐~

整體口感豐富很好，有脆有軟?
魚可能因為要定型，怕煮散了，所以有裹粉，小可惜，不過還是很好吃
黃悶牛（小辣）鹹甜滋味，老少咸宜
蔬菜配料也多元，肉也嫩

品項： 黃悶牛
味道不錯，嚴格來說是3.5顆星。
雖然說味道確實是不錯，但感覺好像還是少了點什麼。
白飯不軟爛，牛肉軟嫩加上醬汁的味道不錯，到底是少了什麼？
最後想想，應該是配菜吧！
雖然菇類和醬汁的味道蠻搭的，但感覺上應該來點葉菜類或土豆(馬鈴薯)會更搭一些。
有機會的話會考慮試試看麻辣系列～
