★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雙醬麵不錯吃，麻醬香氣足，但是炸醬的絞肉處理方式較像是台式的蒸鹹肉餅，香芹水餃的芹菜味不明顯，被香菜給壓過了，吃起來普通。吃東西的感受是很主觀的，個人意見僅供參考
 Shuangjang noodles are delicious, the sesame sauce is full of aroma, but the ground meat of the fried sauce is more like a Taiwanese steamed bacon patties. The celery taste of the parsley dumplings is not obvious. It is overwhelmed by the coriander and tastes ordinary. The feeling of eating is very subjective, personal opinions are for reference only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剝皮辣椒口味第一次吃，一顆不便宜，買冷凍25顆300元，味道很特別（有香料味，不用加醬油就夠味）
It's the first time to eat peeled peppers. One piece is not cheap. Buy 25 pieces frozen for 300 yuan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly it is way above standard in terms of size and flavor of dumplings. The only defect is that sometimes doughs can break during boiling process. Pretty it is due to temperature and humidity control when dough was made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing dumplings and wonton and 虱目魚丸. 紅油抄手 was amazing too but very spicy. Chilli pepper soy sauce on the table also very fresh and tastes great. Loved the taro dumplings as well
